Help! Chinese?

Oh, we're done with all that vegetable-steaming and mess, our children are cutlery-wielding, spaghetti-chomping angels... at least some of the time.

Help! Chinese?

Postby Robyn31 » 15 Oct 2015, 15:33

I generally cook from scratch and limit salt but tonight i have a friend here, we were due to go out but its not worked out as lo hasnt had an afternoon nap and shes CRANKY!!
So the suggestion is chinese, as she has her 8 year old with her and its the only take away he likes.
Is chinese ok once in a blue moon?
She two and eats anything you give her and very heartily!

Definitely fine now and then! If you are worried about salt just balance it with an extra healthy/salt free day tomorrow.

Plain rice of course is perfectly healthy. We usually just give L some meat and veg from our own meals, but if you're getting her her own dish you could get her a steamed version of the sauce worries you.

Yes, just go low salt for a day or.so after!
My kids go wild for chow mein, rice, any not to saucy meat or tofu.
In my heart I am Rascalpup, a name awarded during battle with one persistent spammer. I like to think ironside but with sarcasm rather than an axe.

Slightly horrified by my huge number of posts.
