…rather than Conference Pears, which is what Babybear has eaten before in the most nonplussed of manners. She’s just scoffed her second Williams pear of the day, so it looks like it’s a hit.

My little boy loves pears! All I find left of them is the stem, he devours them whole, core and all. I have been doing baby-led weaning since he was about 6months old (he’s now almost 13months) and it is the only way we know. He eats pretty much everything, though a few chilli dishes got the better of him and it is so easy when we go out as I just share my meal with him :)
I wish i could do that, i see people eating whole apples and feel most envious…
Do you steam the pears?
