do pass it on to anyone who is struggling with this, will you? I think it’s so helpful to get help from people who have been there.

« Reflux advice from Someone Who’s Been There…
Thank you so much for sharing this. My daughter has reflux also and even though I wanted to introduce food at 6 months, we introduced the cereals at 4 months hoping that it would help the reflux. We then did pureed foods at 5 months, etc. By 7 months I could tell she was fed up with being spoon fed and now I almost exclusively try the BLW approach. I still have to incorporate some pureed foods, however, because that is the only way we can get her antacid pill into her. I have found that she has become pretty flexible at meal time: she’ll take the spoon for a bit and then bat it away in lieu of something she wants on her tray… then she bangs her tray and yells for my attention and I start spoon feeding again. I guess you can say I’m following her lead with the purees now too!
Glad it’s useful :)
You could try asking if the antacid is available as a liquid rather than a pill? Easier to add to a drink…
