Cottage cheese goes down a storm with my BLWed chap. We had a whole pot today between us, and I didn't eat most of it! It's a bit messy though.
Serves me right for my smart-arsed 'is there any other kind?'
Of course… (slaps self on forehead)… there's cottage cheese…
We've not tried it yet, Corriedale, but in the interests of academic research I will get some tomorrow. Do you spread it on toast or something or do you just let them loose with a spoon?
DS shoves it in in handfuls!
There is organic full fat at Asda. However sodium is pretty high. I saw light organic at Morrisons there was less salt, too. Both are Danish produce. Alex had today some with baked butternut squash. Went down like a dream!
