I think a trip back to the dr is needed. It is hard to say what medication may help as everyone is different and you don't mention which medication caused the problem. You could also talk to a pharmacist about the possible side effects. Hope it gets sorted soon.

It took a very long time (some years) for medication to help control my DP's blood pressure, lots of backwards and forwards to the Drs trying different medication before they got the 'mix' right. Definitely go back and ask for a different type.
