Not sure if I've posted this before but here goes:
150g oats
60g melted butter
2-3 bananas
then a mix of whatever you have to hand that fits vaguely in to the category of:
120g (ish) of dried fruit
80g (ish) seeds
Mix oats, berries and seeds, pour in butter. Mash bananas on a plate. Add and combine.
Cook on 180 for 20-25 mins.
I have been doing 120g of raisins (with a handful of goji berries) because I'm too lazy to replace our dried fruit selection and a mix of sunflower and pumpkin seeds with a liberal dose of chia seeds whacked in for good measure.
The kids love them and haven't even asked what's in them. They're just flapjacks and everyone knows flapjacks are amazing, right?
