What do you do with yours?
I have a wide selection of dried beans and lentils, but usually do the same random-recipeless bean chilli, lentil soup or daal.
They are so cheap, and so good for you, there must be a million things you can use them in, but I don't know what!
Have out a bowl full of white beans (soy, pinto and haricot) in to soak, going to try a Spanish-style white bean soup tomorrow.
Any ideas gratefully received!
