Oh, we're done with all that vegetable-steaming and mess, our children are cutlery-wielding, spaghetti-chomping angels... at least some of the time.

http://www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/1940 ... ilton-soupDoes this look like an ok soup recipe for a 15 month old? I want to get her to eat more veg and she liked Stilton at Christmas and she will eat broccoli when it's with cheese but only as broccoli cheese bites which I'm fed up of making specifically for her. This I could eat too. Just a bit worried about the salt content. To try and combat this I'd use less Stilton and homemade veg stock with no salt. Do you think it'd be ok? She's not going to be living off it and she would probably eat less than a third of a portion at a time anyway. Also, can you freeze it do you think?

Looks fine to me. There's no salt except in the cheese.
