Cabbage - shred and stirfry with soy (only way DH will eat it); marrow roasted and stuffed with rice/couscous and cheese on top; cauliflower ... sorry, you're on your own there! :D

I use Riverford - based in Devon but I think use a co-op approach around the rest of the country. They are jolly good. And their London rep is rather dishy - which is always a bonus on a Wednesday morning....

We use Riverford too adn they are great! There's also Abel & Cole but not sure which area they deliver to. Winter boxes are always a bit harder work - lots of cabbage and root veg as you will discover!

am considering abel and cole at the mo, as finding waitrose expensive. Prob is, i am currently meal planning to try and keep costs down. Whats been in the boxes lately ? DH finds it v restrictive having a box, which is why we stopped our local one...

We get Riverford too. There was an article in The Times a few months ago (might have been last year actually) where they were testing several organic veg box schemes and both Riverford and Farmaround came up top. We went with Riverford in the end as I prefer their website layout and navigation. They also send a recipe with their box. I love their chocolate courgette cake for instance. Can only recommend them.
