... and there we go again!

Oh, we're done with all that vegetable-steaming and mess, our children are cutlery-wielding, spaghetti-chomping angels... at least some of the time.

... and there we go again!

R has been eating consistently (small amounts but every day and at every meal) since she was 14 months (until then there were many ups and downs, many weeks with almost no food). I thought the worst phase was gone... But now - at 17 months - she is back on a living off of air phase. She's not even interested in breastfeeding (which has its advantages since she sleeps through the night now). I don't think it's teething - she has 2 new teeth that popped through without any symptoms about a month ago, but that's it.

Well, I have been doing this long enough to know that it's just a phase, and so on and so on, but why did she have to start this when we are about to leave on vacation and will have to eat out a lot? Her food throwing at these stages is really at its worst, so I am already freaking out in advance :scream.
