Freeze in or out of skins, but think they are tricky to peel when defrosted if really ripe. Cutting them up first and popping them I a freezer space will save you space in the freezer... Write on the bag how many bananas you've got in each bag.
You can blend and make "banana ice cream", if your family are banana lovers, blitz, pop into ice cubes with or with out any other fruit you have, then add to smoothies, yogurts, porridge etc. but your blitzed banana into ice lolly moulds.
Then there's always baking, banana bread, muffins, etc bake them now and freeze them for lunch boxes or a sweet treat serve with custard or icecream.
There's banana custard... Slice and add custard as a pudding... A favourite as a kiddie!
