London Spring Sling Show - March 24th

I'm determined to go. I've asked my friends who are visiting to come another weekend especially too! I know I've suggested a few times a meet & then not followed through for which I am truly sorry but I am determined on this one!!

The community centre it is being held at is a stone's throw from St Pancras so hoping to see a few of you there!! I'm sure it will be nice enough to hit Coram's Fields for a bit of a run around although I think Bruno will be wanting to ride buses - the new bus of London will be out by then!

I know! But back then DH had faith in me making money from slings. His faith in that has been greatky dented. Maybe we could stay in town and go tot he Hockney exhibition too ......

Its the way you sell it - find something he would like and then once its all agreed you can say "oh look, some friends are meeting up" My DH does lots of hifi forum stuff so I know I don't need to worry about him - although I will need to ask how much I can spend

I'll definitely be there. I've volunteered to help again but I'll make sure that it's not something that will take up the whole day this time, so I get to socialise properly. Yay!

I would have volunteered to help but since it is 13 days after my due date didn't want to commit to something I might well not be able to do. But if the baby comes early I should be there.

I think DH & Bruno are intending to find the new (boris) bus - route 38 - & ride that.

Ooh, wondering if we might be able to get up for this! Mouse would LOVE to see a model railway show, and I'd love to see the sling show, surely there must be some way to manage this...

Sounds good. DH needs to spend a weekend day at work before we go away so Crumpy & I will go at look at slings while he is trapped in his office! Benefits him if we get him a SSC though while we are there...

Hmmm....just realised that dh is on a stag do that day, and I'm on my own with roo. So could well be a possibility, esp if coram's is involved! I am not in any way getting dragged into your slingmania world tho
