I love cinnamon! Used to always have porridge, chopped up steamed apple and cinnamon for breakfast and it was yum, I also put it in my musakka and it is absolutely lush!! Ive heard that it speeds up your metabolism aswell, and as for turmeric, I remember when I had really bad, swollen ezcema on my hand, my DF went looking for stuff he could make it better with and came in with a bowl of turmeric in water for me to sit my hand in, makes sense that it's anti-inflammatory!! x
