I am totally lacking any inspiration of what to cook at the mo and most things I think of are pasta based and while I don't mind that I'm not sure dh would be all that impressed!!
So what can I do with rice? Preferably something veggie. I was going to do risotto but I don't really fancy that either I don't think. Just looked at a few pilaf type recipes but nothing grabbed me. Don't know if it's pregnancy or what but everything just feels a bit bleugh to eat!
