How to make a fairy skirt

Because BLW isn't just for lentil-weavers. Some of us like to piddle about with bits of felt and sticky-backed plastic as well.

How to make a fairy skirt

Anyone knows of any good online tutorials on this subject?
I had a quick google search but didn't like anything...I thought of buying a plain white tutu and then making a skirt to go on top of it, don't know...Any ideas would be very much appreciated!

I have just finished two tutus - hand tied. They are super quick and easy and would make a lovely fairy skirt.

Try these:

Mine was more like the second.

I tied strips of ribbon into it and added bows at the waistband - super-girly!
