Southcoasters meet up...THURSDAY 15th (This week!)

Some of us get together from time to time in order to talk about the latest issue of Heat magazine, global politics, important developments in lipstick manufacture and, er, Baby-Led Weaning.

Southcoasters meet up...THURSDAY 15th (This week!)

Postby Loubylou » 11 Nov 2007, 20:46

Hi Sheela & Luca's Mum!

I think it is just the three of us for the 15th (this Thursday). If Winchester suits everyone, we could meet somewhere central and then decide where to go. Yes, cafe Nero sounds like a good option, but if too busy, we can always try Debenhams (baby friendly I think) or the cathedral cafe is definitely big enough (and does pretty nice cake!).

2.00pm ok? By the Buttercross?

Post to say if this is ok :D

Sounds good, but where is the Buttercross???

Could we make it 2.15? I can only leave here just after 1 so with finding a parking and all that it could be a bit tight.

2.15 - 2.30 sounds good. The buttercross is the monument thing in the High Street by the bakery and the pasty shop. There is an undercover walkway bit right next to it (where you would walk to the cathedral), so if it is raining, wait there!! I will PM you my mobile in case you get lost! :D

Ok we're just back home, so sorry we didn't make it ... left the house and had a puncture after 10 minutes ... but after 5 years I've finally made use of the AA membership. He turned up pretty quick too so we're just back home now but I've only got the spare tyre at the moment so can't go very far.

Hopefully we'll make it to the next one.

Loubylou, hope your LO is better soon x

Glad you got home ok.

Good job I didn't attempt to meet up today... LO just got more and more sicky. I changed my clothes 4 times and hers 6! There is sick on 3 of the carpets in the house and I have got through about 9 muslins and 5 towels...

Thankfully she has kept last feed down and is in the land of nod. Hope she is better tomorrow as supposed to be seeing Billy Bragg in Bristol. Hurrah!

Anyway, see you guys soon hopefully! :D
