If anyone wants me to bring anything to London...

Some of us get together from time to time in order to talk about the latest issue of Heat magazine, global politics, important developments in lipstick manufacture and, er, Baby-Led Weaning.

If anyone wants me to bring anything to London...

I've had a few people mention they want me to bring things but not much definate. There's only two weeks left now and I need plenty of time to order from my supplier.

I have my spares which I will bring and anyone who wants them can have them, but if you want something different let me know asap.

I can bring:

Bandanas
Bandana Bibs
Slings

I will be bringing:

2 Pink
2 Red
2 Black
2 Purple/White Stripe
1 Baby Blue

2 Rainbow Stripe Fleece
1 Baby Colours Tartan Fleece

I'm working on a two headed poncho (for wearing with baby under your normal coat), a baby poncho (for wearing with baby on top of your normal coat) and a double fronted jumper (for wearing with a big coat over both of you). I don't think I will have them ready in time and they would take too much work anyway to do them to order for then, but you can still let me know if you are interested in them and want me to let you know when I'm able to do them.

LOL, you read it right. It's a poncho that has a second head hole for baby and detachable hoods so you can turn it around and wear baby on your back.

You can still get them from me, I'm still working on the patterns at the moment, but I'll put you down on the list for one if you want me too. Can't say how much they will cost yet as I haven't made them up.

Is the poncho a knitted one or waterproof?

I will be doing it from fleece inside and a choice of fabrics outside. So technically it's not waterproof, but it should keep you fairly dry. It is meant as proper outer clothes.

Just located waterproof fabric so that is also an option.

Both poncho's will be made like that with the dual layer or just in fleece.

I probably won't have any clothes ready, but will be modeling the sling!

At the moment I'm looking around £20 for the baby poncho and double fronted jumper, but I need to do some more calculations, the two headed poncho I'm not sure about. Definately not going to charge too much.

I need to place an order within the next couple of days so really need sling orders asap. I'm also taking orders for bibs and bandanas, but that's not so rushed.

What I'd really like is a knitted cosy poncho with a hole for Bruno when he's in his carrier... My mum doesn't make knitting patterns but a friend has a lovely knitted jumper that I love - although it only has 1 head hole...

I've been looking at making myself one like that for awhile. Not sure if it will be machine or hand knitted.

It's not that hard, you need an extra 15cm on the baby side length and as long as you make the width minimum of elbow to elbow, it will cover the baby too. An extra head hole 15 cm from the main head hole, just needs to be a slit.

Two hoods, not sewn on, but button holes at the corners and buttons at the shoulders so you can wear it either way.
