Kent - Summer Holidays

Some of us get together from time to time in order to talk about the latest issue of Heat magazine, global politics, important developments in lipstick manufacture and, er, Baby-Led Weaning.

Kent - Summer Holidays

Postby Rahgamuffin » 09 Jul 2014, 14:40

The school holiday thread reminded me I said I do this... I think a couple of us are away the first week (end of July/beginning of August), so how about 4th, 5th or 6th August?

Knole? (To recreate the weaners pic from about 6 years ago with current weaners... may involve herding a deer!)
Riverside? (seems to be most easy for most people) or we could head to the strand which isn't far away but has added water.
Kearsney Abbey? (good for train, but a long way for everyone except me & LJ)
A.N. Other location?

All those dates fine for me. Knole would be nice, but I'm happy with any of those places.

Can I vote 5th August please? 4th is a BH so we'll be doing something en famille and I'll be working on the 6th.

Anywhere is good for me, Google says Knole is an hour away but if we see deer and recreate a photo I'm sure it'll be worth it ;-)

Blimey, I missed this! There's a strong chance I'll be in North Wales that day, but if I'm not, I'm in.

Are we on? 11ish, bring a picnic? Meet in front of the house? I'm completely flexible, so am happy to fall in with whatever suits.
