Kent Meet, Easter Holidays?

Some of us get together from time to time in order to talk about the latest issue of Heat magazine, global politics, important developments in lipstick manufacture and, er, Baby-Led Weaning.

I'm going to decline this time because don't fancy the hour + drive (although do feel guilty that others are travelling that long). Hope you have a very lovely catchup.

Oi, step away from the guilt - we'll do a Knole meet once its reliably warmer/drier and the winter 13/14 babies can meet (or July time and they can show off their skills!).

Yes, definitely. Do you have someone's mobile number that knows it well? If not I can PM you mine.

I really wish I wasn't typing this, but it looks like we won't come. Z got worse, not better. She was over 40 degrees a couple of times last night complete with shakes and vomiting. You don't really want us to share this bug, do you? I think we'll be at the GP's this morning instead. :(

Have fun - if a GP says it's not infectious I'll dose her up and come.

Nearly ready to leave. Will take us about an hour, depending on traffic. See you (whoever you are!) there :-)

We're home! Thank you all for a lovely day - was great to see so many of you and your lovely children too!

The traffic was bad but not horrific, took almost exactly the same to get home as it did to get there even though the signs on the motorway all said long delays! The girls said they had enjoyed themselves, the boy slept most of the way home and now sulking because he wanted an apple in the car :?

It was lovely to meet you too! Sorry for leaving without saying goodbye, but I had to get to the osteopath and DS was SO tired! We all had a lovely time, glad you got home at a reasonable time. Looking forward to seeing some of you at Knole in the summer.

Home too :-) Nice to meet you and your little ones too. Never again shall I not listen to the sat nav lady - she got me home in 45 mins as opposed to the hour and a half it took me to get there! Took C to the park when we got home, as I felt guilty about her not being able to run around there - I just felt she was too ickle without being constantly followed. She had a lovely time meeting your little ones though. Have a great weekend x

Just realised I turned up with one of C's hairclips in my hair. And went to Waitrose. Excellent.
