Brighton at Half Term?!

Some of us get together from time to time in order to talk about the latest issue of Heat magazine, global politics, important developments in lipstick manufacture and, er, Baby-Led Weaning.

Brighton at Half Term?!

Postby Rosie_t_Riveter » 11 Jan 2014, 19:08

FWW's Yorkshire Meet thread reminded me to post! Anyone up for a Brighton meet? We are down for a family wedding on 15th Feb and are staying until the 21st. A midweek meet would probably suit best as I'll be with the extended Riveter clan over the weekend.

It's probably a bit too far for us really, but if the weather's good I'll definitely be tempted to make the effort :)

So far no plans for Tuesday or Thursday, and it's an easy train trip for us ...

Boo MTM!
*waves* at Skip :D

Tues or Thurs is good for me. If nobody has any strong feelings shall we say Tues? We are staying on the seafront (!) near the West Pier so central Brighton suits us.

Oooh, I'll keep an eye on this… it's doable from my parents house but a bit of a nightmare journey from here.

CP come and see us on your way through?! It might work...

Bumpety bump! Who is on for next Tuesday? Can I nominate Skip to suggest a location?

Also, any recommendations for swimming pools in Brighton? TheWriggler is adamant we are all going swimming in half term...

Not us I'm afraid - I'll be lucky to get to work, let alone all the way to Brighton with the flooding around here :?

Ok. Looks like Skip is out too. Anybody else coming? If not I'll just send SupermansMum my mobile number and play it by ear.

We could be tempted by a trip to the seaside... But since you only live 15mins away, seems rather a trek, we could though...
