Central scotland long over due catch up.

Some of us get together from time to time in order to talk about the latest issue of Heat magazine, global politics, important developments in lipstick manufacture and, er, Baby-Led Weaning.

Great! I'll be wearing a bright purple fleece with a baby inside (still haven't finished darning my Mamajacket). See you soon!

We had a lovely time too. Sorry we had to rush off. The boys had a great time, and were impeccably behaved in the journeys too so I'm especially pleased.

Lets get another one in before Christmas?

QBM - I had been waiting to say this in person, but forgot. thank you for the lemon drizzle recipe, its been a hit. I now make it nearly weekly for the cafe :)

Maybe something to do with E wanting to spend the entire time being pushed on the swings at the other side of the play park to everyone else...?! :D Really glad the cake is a success! Oh and I meant to say to you that while I was pushing S on the swings he told me all about his glow in the dark eyeballs and how they were just turned off right now :D :D :D Funny dude.

We had a lovely time as well. It was really, really nice to meet all of you!

Definitely! We had an excellent day out. I hadn't expected such a lovely train route, and then was lovely to meet old friends and new ones and re-meet friends of old friends! A really lovely spot too, even without the super duper new playground. We somehow managed to miss our train or it didn't actually exist at all so had a long wait until the next, but children were very happy, really good on the train home and still had the energy to run off and pick blackberries when we walked back from the bus stop. In bed by quarter to seven though (usually nearer 8).

And Kat, SO sorry you couldn't make it. Really hope you're feeling better soon.

ugh, I was just coming on to say I am so gutted. I worked like a maniac so I could come, arranged childcare for E and then was struck down. Have been that horrible nauseous/exhausted/sore sick all day. :( Glad you guys had fun though.
