Manchester - Thursday the 4th of April, 11am at MOSI

Some of us get together from time to time in order to talk about the latest issue of Heat magazine, global politics, important developments in lipstick manufacture and, er, Baby-Led Weaning.

I can't do that week (our half-term's the week before) but could do Manchester in the Easter holidays.

Which week? I sort of assumed the week with the 27th wasn't half term as other people couldn't make it. L is only 1 so I don't ahve to worry about such things yet!

Sorry, must read more attentively! My half term is 9th - 17th Feb. Then we break up for Easter on 27th March and go back 8th April.
I'm busy the 11th, 12th & 15th Feb (get me! social butterfly or what? Must be the busiest I've been in 2 years!), but Easter Sunday is the only day I've got anything planned over the Easter holiday.

I can't do the 14th or 15th as I'm having my wisdom teeth out on the 14th, so if you are I were to get together that leaves the 13th - what do other people think?

I am hoping to be away over the Easter weekend but don't have plans apart from that.

Thinking about it with a little more caffeine inside me, the Easter holidays would be better for me. Pay day is the 18th, so I've just realised that I've lined up a very tight end-of-month for myself there :o

So, does anyone have any preferences / impossibilities in the first week of April? And any ideas of where to go in Manchester?

I will be back in work but could do a Thursday I think.

We went to Science and Industry museum once which I love, kids love it too! Or who knows, by April we may have some sun! I think a picnic is always the best for a big bunch of mixed age kids

My dates are the same as Cait's. I don't really know yet if we are going to ILs for Easter or anything, but could probably make most days other than the bank holidays.

OK, let's pluck a date out of thing air.... how about the 4th of April? By my estimate that's the week after Easter, so should be school holidays for most people.

Whaddya think?

We're up for an Easter meet. Not sure I'll be bringing all three though-might ask my mum to help out by babysitting one or two of them if she's not on holiday.

I think I should be able to make 4th April. Is anyone else bringing a big one too? It is a Nursery day so I could leave him there but it seems a bit mean if we're going somewhere fun!

Depends where we're going. Harvey is very good when we are out and about, he's no trouble at all. It's Jasper that's a nightmare. He will literally run off if he's not contained in a buggy or high chair. 4th April fine for me.
