Attention Yorkshire Branch!

Some of us get together from time to time in order to talk about the latest issue of Heat magazine, global politics, important developments in lipstick manufacture and, er, Baby-Led Weaning.

Any joy sussing out your roster yet 4ww? Any news about your leave RachelS?

Can we have another quick round of Hands Up, I'm In.
If we get a rough idea of numbers we can judge whether to go with Lin's hall or Lin's house! ;)

I'm determined not to let this one drift and not materialise again!

I'm still a maybe I'm afraid. But if we go to my parents I could drive back up that morning and come straight to Leeds for late morning/lunchtime-ish. Guess it depends on traffic etc. So put a ? down for me. Sorry!

I'm going to count myself out. I'll be seeing my midwife on the thurs and think it's probably a bit further than i want to be driving at that stage.
Have fun!

I can probably do Thursday. Might only bring Tilly again as C is likely to want to stay home but we will see!

SPanner - My big one will be in a attendance if that helps, but C may not find that an attraction. I can also offer Wedgits which are going down a storm with all of the young gentlemen in M's class.

Last time, everyone brought something for a big BLW 'feast'. Do you all fancy doing that again?

What time is swimming, Rachel?
Sounds like there could be a smaller turnout than previous ones, so should we go for Lin's original suggestion of Tropical World/park then back to hers? Although, counting back up the thread, there could be 8 of us, so maybe that's too many for a house party?

I'd be happy to make a relatively early start, although given the traffic, it's generally not worth setting off much before 9 or you just get caught up in the commuter traffic. Could aim to be in Leeds for 10ish?

Right, looking up thread I make the guest list to be:

Spanner
Tintin
SParkling
4ww
RachelS
Stormwind

and perhaps A/w.

I think we could all squeeze in at mine - we may have to do an indoor picnic in the playroom for the kids but it'll all add to the fun.

I'd gladly take you up on the offer of mass-contributions. I will bake some form of cake things and do some grown-up soup. I'll also try to remember to do a couple of loaves in the bread maker the day before.

We could meet at mine for 10am - and we have options for getting to Tropical World. Its about a 20 minute walk (mine like to bike or scoot it if you wan to sling vehicles in your boots) or we can bus or walk one way, bus back - or if the weather is vile, we can drive up and leave the cars near by.

There is also the new play ground nearby, the bike park and the Chelsea gardens (although they will be less than whelming in Feb!).

Then we could get back to ours for lunch and play.

I have nothing in the way of small baby equipment anymore - other than one aged Antelop. I probably could lay my hands on a travel cot if anyone needed me to do so.
