Attention Yorkshire Branch!

Some of us get together from time to time in order to talk about the latest issue of Heat magazine, global politics, important developments in lipstick manufacture and, er, Baby-Led Weaning.

Right you lot - it's ben too long (again, as usual!)

Any chance of us all having compatible half-term availability?

Stompy's on holiday week beginning 18th Feb. The Monday is her birthday, so that's out, and Squeak goes to Creation Station on a Wed. But the Tues/Thurs/Fri would be good for us.
Anyone else?

Hahahaha! Do you think there's any chance of both of us being in the same place for more than an hour?

But actually off the top of my head I don't have any plans for half term, except maybe trying to catch up with my old group at the children's centre on Friday morning.

We could do half term - and if we can settle a date now, then I can plan the Annual Spring Clean around it! :D

So I guess the back end of the week would be better - Thursday maybe?

Depending on numbers, we could do a Leeds based day - the Park and/or Tropical world and then food at mine? The bigger kids can take themselves off to play upstairs and we can gossip downstairs. Small kids can shuttle......

Maybe visiting my parents half term but it's not definite. I'll watch thread with interest as I'm sure H wouldn't want to miss another play with her friends!

I'm potentially available that week but i'll be 37 wks :D so i'm not sure how i feel about travelling too far. In theory it's my last week at work so i'm only free on mon/tues, but there's always the possibility i'll have started mat leave by then.

I'll hopefully be around. Dh is on holiday as well, so need to make sure it doesn't clash with family stuff. Leeds sounds like a good option. :)

Fine by me. I'll get baking - rhubarb cake for AW, if I recall.

Do you want me to check on availability of the hall gain? I can assure you that it has a spanking new boiler and is beautifully warm. We could use the Toddler Group toys and set up some Scalextric for the older ones.

I guess it all depends on how many can make it?
