I was going to bring sand pit toys but didn't think to get them out of the garden box until after I'd painted the decking, Doh!

I was thinking of coming down, but not convinced I'm going to be up to it now, I think we'll be spending the day close to home. see you all soon though I hope.

im really sorry, im going to be rubbish and bail out what with the weather being so hot, the Olympiclanechaos, and it being Pumpkins nap time by the time we would get there, i think its going to be more stress for us both than its worth (and thats a lot, cos we were so looking forward to meeting everyone and paddling pools!). Shes not been too happy in this heat either, and the fact Ive only just got her to bed has made my mind up! I really hope we can make the next one tho, have lots of fun everyone

We'll be there. Trying to figure out whether wrap or SSC will be cooler. I hope the paddling pool is in action and not too rammed (hmmmm, in school holidays on a 28 degree day...) because there will definitely be a whole lot of hot babies!

Squirmy had me up on an hourly basis last night so needless to say, she's sick and I'm knackered. A London adventure may not be a good idea.

A new bus is due to arrive (albeit unlikely today!) so we have to wait for postie. He's normally here 11am so I'm aiming for 12.30. I'll have a granny trolley

Wow, this bus situation is not looking promising! Just got on a bus going entirely the wrong direction, in the hope of picking up another bus at elephant. None seem to be going from kennington!!
