Croydon/ South London catch up

Some of us get together from time to time in order to talk about the latest issue of Heat magazine, global politics, important developments in lipstick manufacture and, er, Baby-Led Weaning.

Ooh, they do beauty therapy! Do you need to book? I just need my eyebrows tamed...

Ahem... Now for the question I came on to ask... Is there parking nearby?

Boo, Skip, that you can't make it.

RTR, I think the closest car park is the Surrey Street car park ( http://www.q-park.co.uk/en/park-with-q- ... rking-.com) and you get a discount on parking from Beanies. I'm there tomorrow for Crumpet's yoga so I'll check whether they still do a discount on parking. Sorry, never had any beauty treatments done there so no idea on that front!

Ooh, I'd be interested to know about the parking discount!

It might be quite busy, there's already a 'nappucchino' arranged by the Croydon Real Nappy Network' from 11-2 though if we go to the play floor and say we're there for that we get half price play ;)

Hi again. I checked at beanies today and you can get a 20% discount on parking at the Surrey street car park. You need to ask the staff when you pay. Hopefully we'll be able to snaffle a couch next Thursday for the mums BFing new babies. It was strangely quiet there today.

I'm wondering whether we'll be able to come too, whether Molly will still be contagious with hand foot and mouth :(

Poor sick babies. How about we postpone to the following week when hopefully Molly and the Wriggler are better? Does either Thursday 24th or Friday 25th suit?

I could do either of those dates. Thursday would be easier for me as I don't have Roo...

Postponing is fine by me. Guess there'd be more space for us minus the nappy meet? Can do the thurs as long as we meet in the morning/lunchtime still, hamster has jabs in the afternoon.
