Central Scotland meet for Travelling Mum!

Some of us get together from time to time in order to talk about the latest issue of Heat magazine, global politics, important developments in lipstick manufacture and, er, Baby-Led Weaning.

So ladies who is up for it? Where shall we go? when shall we meet?

Fridays and Mondays are good for me.

Glasgow or Edinburgh or somewhere else?

OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOh!!!! :) I want to come too!! Tee hee! Anywhere is good for me, Glasgow, Edinburgh, or Stirling even! I can drive or get a train to the centre. Hmmm might be more comfortable with Glasgow just because I know it better but really either is fine.

I might actually have friends to meet up with! :D

Well I think you've made 1 out of 3 I think so you're not doing TOO badly!

... but I really think you'd be letting Travelling mum down if you didn't ;)

We could even meet in Stirling for your convenience if you like!

no pressure. Ha ha!

When are you meeting? There's a slight (although pretty unlikely unless I push for it) chance that we're coming up at the end of Feb - DP has to be up for work on Mon 27th/Tues 28th, I'll probably stay down here with the girls, but could always tell him we should all go. Thinking about it though, that's over a month away, so I guess you'll be meeting sooner than that!

Its up to Travelling mum really as she will be the waddling one! I'm guessing it might be a wee bit far on for her though.... see what she says.

Stirling would be good, but there is really nowhere to meet that is central. Glasgow is easier for me than Edinburgh as there are direct trains.

Waddling? I never waddle...I just roll from side to side... ;)

Not sure about end of feb just yet....DH is coming in then, but I need to find out his exact dates...

well Stirling is good for me in that I can drive there. Glasgow is also fine - Katgold probably meet you on the train!!

I am free this monday coming up (I think) but not the Friday (3rd Feb) I have an appointment with the consultant or something about my c-section.

This is rather exciting! (I sound a bit keen...will tone it down and become more Scottish I promise.)

I'm up for it. Fridays are better for me than Mondays, but can do Mon if I plan. Happy to have another jaunt to Glasgow if that's easier for everyone else, though will have to lure you all across to the east one of these days.

I'd be quite up for meeting up, I'm new to the forum and would be keen to meet others. Either Glasgow or Edinburgh is good (Edinburgh is closer as we're south of both), Stirling might be quite a travel, but do-able.

Just wrote a complicated post about when I can and can't over the next few weeks but it was getting silly. Will make up a poll later on ok?
