London

Some of us get together from time to time in order to talk about the latest issue of Heat magazine, global politics, important developments in lipstick manufacture and, er, Baby-Led Weaning.

Is it too early to start thinking of a May picnic?

Ooh no, definitely not! Based on the recent weather probably better to be late May though

Well I'm on holiday (hurrah!) mid-May so we could aim for the second bank holiday or something? Does anyone have to work on bank holidays?

I'm around on the Friday if you fancy meeting up somewhere. We have a lovely children's zoo in Battersea but no idea where you are going to be. I'm quite happy to travel around on the tube with Bruno :D

Can I crash the London meet-up, even though technically I'm not London? Is Essex close enough? Maybe I should coordinate an Essex meet up.

Is the children's zoo still open? We used to live really near Battersea Park and used to go there a lot, but often as an excuse to go the pub on Battersea Park Road. Pre baby of course.

Of course, if you want to come crash away - besides London is the area of the meet not where you live :D

Haven't been to that pub but Bruno has seen the inside of many

OMG, they live on Ruxley lane, just down from the charrington bowl. It is such a horrible place and I lived in detroit for 3 years and was mugged twice and I STILL prefer detroit.

LOL I don't blame you, it's an awful place. I can't believe they haven't knocked it down! My aunt lives in Worcester Park which is not far away ... not a great place either.
