Manchester meet Thursday 10th March - The Plan!

Here is the plan for the Manchester meet. Please respond to show you have seen the plan and say if you can come or not.

We're meeting at 10.30 at the reception of the Museum of Science and Industry. After going round the museum for a bit we're going for lunch at a nearby Tampopo at 12 midday.

Once we've got final numbers I might book so they can have a table ready for all of us and our LOs as we may need quite a few high chairs.

Do you use a high chair when out with H? We go back and forth, depending on the venue.

I do still use a highchair for H, only when out and about because then he has to resist the temptation to get off the chair and start running round the pub/restaurant while I am still finishing my dinner. He eats more than too. Some highchairs aren't suitable though - the pub accross the road from my mums has a trip trap with the bar still on and there's no way he'd fit in that!

I'm coming but wont.be joining you guys for dinner as I really hate spicy food and there's nothing on the menu for me!

Aw glad you can come Nichola, tbh I'm not sure what is on the menu. I don't eat spicy noodles either I am assuming there is a tasty non-spicy option?

The good news is my DP has the day off work and can come! That makes me feel a whole lot better as two LOs on my own would have been hard work.

Oh and I forgot to mention (on this thread), we will need to exchange phone numbers nearer the time in case people get lost or are running late.

Okay, I am coming with Twixxie, baby bear and baby squeak. I absolutely adore noodles and bear loves them too. Squeak is manickly determined to start eating as the smell of food makes him go crazy and he wants to put anything in his mouth. So ladies, guard your plates!!!

It's true, I almost had my toast stolen this morning. How do you explain to a not yet 5 month old baby that he has to wait 6 more weeks!

i imagine that R will not eat a thing, she gets waaaay too excited when there are kids about! She's ,more into chairs than food at the mo so any time we go out she just wants to test all the different chairs. There's a career in that somewhere...

I've just had a look on the menu and there isn't anything I like on it as I expected. Sadly I'm a majorly fussy eater due to we think over sensitive tastebuds so it makes eating out difficult for me.
