SE London Meet Up

Some of us get together from time to time in order to talk about the latest issue of Heat magazine, global politics, important developments in lipstick manufacture and, er, Baby-Led Weaning.

SE London Meet Up

Postby SunnyMummy » 31 Jan 2011, 23:15

Hi,

I am new to BLW. My daughter is nearly four months old so I am starting to think about how to wean her onto solids and BLW seems to me to be a very natural way to do it. For the past month I've had her at the dinner table which hasn't always been the easiest to eat with one hand but I wanted to her to see me and my husband eat, see and smell the food and hopefully when she is ready she will let us know that she is interested in eating it.

I would like to organise a meet up in SE London so please let me know if you would be interested in attending.

Thxs.

we have an SE postcode..does that count? In Kennington, so not very south or east but we'd still be up for a meet!

Damn, I was thinking of joining you, but Friday is probably the worst day for me. But if anyone wants to meet up at my place (Kennington) any time just let me know. I can't easily meet up elsewhere because of having to be vaguely in the area to do the school/nursery run for my older children.

Weekdays better for me - pretty flexible on days as I still have a few months before my return to work!

Great! How about Tuesday, 22nd February? I am flexible on times.

Kate in Kennington - please do join us! The more the merrier.

Svea - as you're not available for the next few Fridays, we'll have this first meeting to get things going and then perhaps schedule the next meet-up on a Friday that you can make.

Hi,

I've decided to postpone this meet up to Friday, 4th March as most people haven't been able to come back to me yet. Is this date convenient for everyone?

Shelley - does this work for you?

Thanks
