LET'S GET ORGANISED SOUTHCOASTERS!

Some of us get together from time to time in order to talk about the latest issue of Heat magazine, global politics, important developments in lipstick manufacture and, er, Baby-Led Weaning.

LET'S GET ORGANISED SOUTHCOASTERS!

Postby Loubylou » 09 Feb 2008, 09:33

Hi everyone!

I reckon if we book a date far enough in advance it will give more people an opportunity to organise things. There are potentially LOADS of us in the area! I mean 6 of us on the last meet up (if you include Mr puddleduck!) was fab... but there are definitely more BLWers out there, or rather should i say, down here!

So... I'm proposing Wednesday 5th March (which will be about 6 weeks between meets). Wednesday does seem to be the best day for most people. We could go for Southampton this time? Or... happy to venture further afield. I really don't mind!

Ok... if you can do it, post on here! Come on folk we haven't met before... abisimmonds76? mellymel? Monty'smum? Mumtothree? I'm sure there are MANY others! :D

Wednesday 5th is good for us.

We can do Southampton .... but you remember we said last time that maybe we could try lunch next time ... well I was thinking since everyone raves about Wagamama and I haven't been in a looooooong while, the closest one is in Bournemouth and we could organise a meet-up with everyone there, what do you think?

Oh yes please - Bournemouth would be just fab for us and I am sure Esme would love Wagamamas (we haven't tried it ever, despite living here  ) She is past the 'B' part of BLW seeing as she is nearly 20 months old and hurtling towards the terrible twos very fast, but we'd love to come anyway

It's a bit of a trip for us but the little monkey can sleep in the car on the way there and should be in best mood for lunch :D

We are on for 5th March in Bournemouth. What time are you planning on meeting? Can I ask for as early as possible as Esme still has a sleep after lunch and its usually hard to keep her going much past 12.30!! No problems if not though - she can sleep in the buggy xx

I would like to come along if thats OK? I would need to check there is someone to take Charlotte to nursery for me that day as she starts at 1pm!

Can I suggest a meet for 11.30am for lunch?? Obviously it depends on what suits most but thought it might be a good time to start! Is that too early/late for people? ??? I thought that way by the time we get our food brought out it will be around 12pm! :)

Where is everyone coming from, do you have far to come girls?
