Vitamin worries

Oh, we're done with all that vegetable-steaming and mess, our children are cutlery-wielding, spaghetti-chomping angels... at least some of the time.

Knowledge is knowing a tomato is a fruit, wisdom is not putting it in a fruit salad. :D

My biggest wee one was same at that age...I think its programmed in as part of being 2!!! But yes, kept on offering good variety, always eating with her and showing enjoyment and by 3 shes back onto it.I keep veg and fruits on rotation so she doesn't get bored. And we've grown a few bits like herbs, lettuce tomatoes from seed. That all seemed to help encourage! And, smother everything in butter! Or cheese sauce! And let her help with choosing in shop, preparing and cooking them. Make a deal of her ' presenting ' them to the table at a meal time. And keeps it bit more fun for me too! Or at least, I'm pleased to see her eat them!!
