Oh, we're done with all that vegetable-steaming and mess, our children are cutlery-wielding, spaghetti-chomping angels... at least some of the time.

Charliesmum - 10 raisin wheats in the morning is LOADS!!! There's no way I could get Thomas (who's the same age as Charlie) to eat that much of anything. If he has that for breakfast, he could just be full for the rest of the day. Thomas's entire nutritional intake yesterday - which was a 'good' day in food terms - was half a tiny chipolata, a quarter of a banana, a couple of teaspoons worth of baked beans, about the same amount of pasta, a couple of bites of bread and hummous and a tiny bit of chicken. And that's about twice the amount he normally eats. It sounds like Charlie is doing fine.
