So my son is coming up 4 months and I'm trying to learn as much as I can about BLW before he's 6 months!! I have soooo many questions!! I will list some but basically I wasn't to know everything!!!
So do I start with one meal a day?
What foods are best to start with?
How do I know if my son is ready?
I don't often make meals, some nights it's chicken nuggets and chips sort of night, what can I give him instead?
What foods should I avoid totally and what foods to avoid until a later age?
I'm sure there's many more that will come to me but I hope you catch my drift and understand the sort of things I'm looking for... everything!! Lol
