I absolutely love the idea and ethos of BLW but it has me feeling so anxious for fear of choking. I dread meal times to be honest. I'd do puree just to ease my mind but my baby hates it and hates being given a spoon! I gave him a chop to gnaw on and some zucchini and he was in heaven. Not his mumma though. In fact, I broke a rule, I saw that he had a chunk of zucchini on his mouth and I felt so worried that I pulled it out, which of course upset him!! If he takes off a big bit should I just let him deal with it or take it out? I'd love to hear if others have felt anxious and what helped and what food I could start with to help ease this worried mum into it. He sucks on my nectarine and loves that!
