I am new and a first time mum. My lo is exactly 6 months old and I'm committed to doing BLW.

Do I start with offering lo some of what I'm having for 2 meals a day? Breakfast and lunch?

Does anyone have any suggestions for times? He goes down for a nap within 2 hours of waking so I'm struggling how to do bottle and breakfast in that window.

Any help would be gratefully received. Thank you.

Do what works for you. We started with dinner, but no reason why you should. And you don't have to do the same thing every day. If you're eating, he's awake and not hungry, share done of your food. See how it goes!

It gets much easier when they drop from three to two naps! Just remember that he doesn't yet know what food is for, he'll prefer milk when he's hungry, and he won't yet associate particular foods with certain times of day. Try to think of it as a new kind of messy play you're introducing to him, and just do whatever fits into your schedule.
