Hi just wondering what I'd the best way to roast veg for blw? Normally I would roast veg in olive oil and season. Obviously know not to use salt but is olive oil ok for roasting with? Thanks

I think olive oil is fine. The only rules really are low salt and sugar, no whole nuts or honey, so no honey roast veg until they're one

Yes, olive oil is fine and even good for babies. They need a lot of healthy fats to help their little growing brains and bodies!

Other herbs/seasonings are totally fine too. Just go easy on the salt as you've already said.
