Where to start?

Hello, I'm looking for some advice. My little one is just over 6 months and I thought I
Would try baby led weaning. However, I'm not sure where to start.
Which foods are the best to start with?
Thanks x

Have a look at the 'getting started' tab at the top of this page for some general tips. Really, though, anything that your baby can grab hold of and that isn't too crunchy is fine to start with. Softish textures like fruit or roast veg are great, but there's no reason to delay introducing meat, fish, eggs, dairy etc as she's over 6 months now. As long as you steer clear of small, round shapes like cherry tomatoes (choking hazard), and avoid excess salt and honey you should be fine.
