Legs out in stretchy wrap

Ds2 is nearly 5 weeks & over 9lbs now. I used a pre tied front cross carry withmy stretchy wrap. Can he put his legs out or is he too little still? I can't remember when I did it with ds1.

I wore squish legs out in my ring sling from 3 weeks and woven wrap from about 5/6 weeks.

Pretty sure I had little Croc's legs out at this stage... Although given how much she hated slings maybe don't listen to me!

I don't think hamster was legs in for that long. More just for the scrunched up newborn stage.

Little E was long as a baby and 9lb2oz when he was born. I don't remember exactly but he was probably legs-out by a month old or so.

Fabulous, I'll give it a shot tomorrow then. I thought ds1 was older but then he was out of the stretchy by 4 months so I guess he must have been quite little when I started doing legs out. Ds2 feels like he's trying to stand up in the wrap when his legs are in!
