Well, I am about to go and get some pancake batter in the fridge for tomorrow morning, wrap one last present, set the plates that I am taking tomorrow and get some Christmas music all lined up for the morning.... then pack our bags for tomorrow (will need the kids togs and whatnot being summer here) and then sit down and relax before an early night. We have purposefully ran the kids ragged today and they have both just asked to go to bed (its just about 5pm). We have read our Night Before Christmas, sung a carol and gone over our 'what happens if an earthquake comes at night' drill (keeps life interesting now doesnt it?
I think we are sorted!
Just wanted to pop on and wish you all a very Merry Christmas as I am sure tomorrow will be too hectic to get long enough to write this.
Thank you all for being so supportive & kind. This is my safe haven and a place that I feel comfortable like no other. You have all got me through a very rough year. What with thousands of earthquakes, a house falling down, no sewage for months & a very sad miscarriage. Coming on here and having your kind thoughts and well wishes, and of course the letters and little gifts sent in the mail, have helped me to get through this time and I really just wanted to say thank you so much.
xxxx Merry Christmas. I hope you all have a wonderful day with your loved ones.
Three little chicks, all BLWed. Two at school and one preschooler. Not around much any more, but think of you all often.
