engorgement-update its mastitis

Second babies? Forgotten everything about breast and formula, napping and wrapping and you are are going a bit MAD because you haven't slept in three days? Or it's your first baby and you are here researching the joys of weaning?

(((CC))) mastitis is awful, I hope it clears up soon. If they don't give you anything to dry up the milk, as already mentioned mint tea helps. Also sage - sage tea with honey is sooo nice.
Avoid fennel, fenugreek and oats as they will boost the milk supply. Hope you can feel better very soon. At least LO is happy now with a bottle.

Well we are still going lol. The pain has massively reduced yet oddly I'm still producing milk. I keep getting the urge to start feeding him again myself but I am trying hard to resist it. I don't want to go through all this again if it buggars up.

Can you express instead?

I have a friend who had a baby more than 20 years ago and every now and then she still leaks milk!
