TMI!!!! passing membranes after birth.

Second babies? Forgotten everything about breast and formula, napping and wrapping and you are are going a bit MAD because you haven't slept in three days? Or it's your first baby and you are here researching the joys of weaning?

Yeah... It's only a 10-15min walk there though and Martha was dying to show Ida off to her friends, and it was a lovely sunny afternoon.
I'm rubbish at recuperation. Too impatient, was the same with g. Being stuck in hospital for a week with m was horrible at the time but the enforced rest probably did me a lot of good.

Oh hope it's nothing too much to worry about Robyn!

Walking always increased my bleeding up to 6 weeks pp.

Remember that you can refuse to go to the local hospital. You can go to a&e and any hospital.

But most likely you'll go home with antibiotics so hugs.

Super strong antibiotics prescribed. Waiting for a blood test to see how much blood I'm loosing.
Seeing the MW again tomorrow and the GP next week.
I need pro biotic yoghurt or something don't I to prevent thrush?
Feeling very wobbly :(

Hugs Robyn, I'm glad you got seen quickly.

I read something a couple of days ago about probiotics being a bit of a con, and oats being far better for your gut health. And obviously excellent for milk production.

So, while I go and try and find you a linky, I prescribe some flapjacks and porridge ;)

Thanks CP.
Home and in bed with my baby now. Feeling quite a lot worse since this morning. The antibiotics are apparently the strongest they can give me outside hospital :?
The doctor said I'd either quickly be a lot better or worse which I'm very :? about.
DH has to go to parents evening so I'm on my own with all three girls for the first time for about an hour this evening. Not great timing.

((((((Robyn)))))) can you ask a friend to come and sit with you during parents evening? Failing that, call te school and rearrange for next week. You are ill, you have a new baby, no reasonable teacher/school would think worse of you for that.
