Brilliant, I'm in.

1. Drink more water (ok, drink some water every day!)
2. Use hand cream every day
3. Turn FB off by 8pm so that me and dp actually talk, or if he's busy I can read some of the books I've been meaning to for ages.
4. Continue going to at least 2 gym sessions per week.
5. Make time for at least 1 session a week in the allotment (with or without kids)

How is everyone doing? I'm doing ok so far. I did forget to floss last night, but woke up with a start at some point in the night because I'd remembered, so it must be in my head somewhere!

Could probably do a bit better on the water aspect.

Not managed my early night yet.

I'm counting my five a day and it has helped me have a few extra portions which is good. Have managed breakfast every day which is a real achievement compared to last week. Also managed a few 10pm (ish!) nights.

Not so good on the flossing, hand cream, moisturiser, etc but I am thinking about it, so that's a start!

I went swimming before work this morning, which was a really positive start to my day. I've eaten a bit better, but still struggling to be kind to my body.

Not great. Started weights on tues night while DP took over bedtime with S, then he came back down having failed, and he went out to his football. The wee blighter didn't sleep until 10.15, so I didn't get back to them. Then had an awful rest of night with him and didn't feel up to running in the morn as I'd planned.. spent yest eve trying to catch up on work time I'd missed. Will try run tomorrow morn

That sounds tough, Disco. I'm a bit down on the exercise and movement stuff too. I went swimming on tuesday (I've been trying to go twice a week) and my knee hurt, and then it was bad for the rest of the day and yesterday. So I haven't gone swimming today. Even the exercises that are supposed to make my knee better are making it hurt... So bored of this! So will try to rest it a lot today and if it is better tomorrow I will try to do some weights.

Otherwise though going ok, I am eating more healthily, making sure I snack on fruit and veg not bread etc. remembered to floss last night (hooray!). Must make sure I get my early night tonight, didn't have a restful night last night as bananadad's 'quick beer after work' didn't finish until 1am! Grrrr.

I have just restarted using my fitness pal as my eating habits have gotten out of control lately. I feel positive about this, despite the fact that I'm going out for a curry tonight for DBIL's birthday!

I need to drink more water and make sure I have lunch at a reasonable time (i.e. before 2pm, even if I haven't yet done all the things I wanted to get done before lunch!) I should also go to bed and actually go to sleep rather than faffing around on my phone.

Tuesday was great - did a workout, spent a little time doing some therapeutic doodling, got to bed early...

Yesterday and today it's all gone out the window. L has a cold and is absolutely miserable. Cranky, clingy, nursing around the clock, which in turn is making me tired and constantly hungry. I track my calories and yesterday was up to 3000 for the day! :o :? I'm hoping today is the worst of his cold and tomorrow I can take care of myself a bit more rather than just seeing to his needs constantly.

Went for a swim this morning, but missed Pilates this week because DP went to football, and didn't do my 6:1 fast because I was a bit ill and knackered. And haven't shredded for ages...

WTBAB: No feeling bad! You have done *some* things!!!

I went for a run, did 50 lunges (hard ones, I'm trying different kinds!) ... and then ate a ridiculous amount of popcorn, followed by some chocolate! I'm now doing the odd pushup while doing research to make up for it

Thanks Shye!

Popcorn is low-calorie, isn't it? Makes up for the choc :)

I could have gone to sleep 45mins ago but instead I'm looking at links that friends of not-particularly-close friends have posted on Facebook. This ridiculous habit has to stop. Goodnight!
