Hmmm, shredding was too much. I definitely want an at-home thing for the days I'm not doing anything else, but I don't want to feel I *have* to shred even when I've already done other stuff. I'll keep up my routine of exercise (gym Tues/Fri/sometimes Thurs; Zumba Weds; swimming Sun) and try to do a DVD or WiiFit or something on the other days. I'll see what DP comes up with for my birthday - I mentioned some Personal Trainer sessions at the gym which I couldn't otherwise afford/justify, but I'm not sure if he already had other plans for a present.
I suppose the next thing I need to do is tackle eating. I've cut out some of the snacks once the girls are asleep. I need to try and serve myself smaller portions.
