Anyone recommend a good yoga DVD?

Postby camper » 07 Feb 2011, 04:13

Think I'd like to get a yoga DVD to do on those days when the Shred is just too damn hard, or it's just too damn hot. Plus, MJ loves yoga, so it'll be a fun thing to do with him. I've done quite a few different kinds of yoga in the past, and I'm reasonably flexible, so something about intermediate level would be good. I did have the Geri Halliwell one once but DH took the p*ss so much I got rid of it! Anyone got any suggestions?

I used to do one by an Australian called Gary Bromwell that was good. I too have done geri's and although she's annoying, I thought it was really good.

Just googled it. That would be Gary BromLEY the yoga dude, not Gary BromWELL the scientologist, I assume? :D
