I took a day off the dreaded shred yesterday because the heat and humidity levels here were about as bad as they get. That's my excuse anyway, and I'm sticking to it! So today, with MJ at daycare and no work for me, I've done a mega gym session: 10 minutes on the bike, another 7km run on the treadmill (I'm trying to increase the incline to make it tougher), 10 minutes on the rowing machine and some crunchy things. I'm now flopped on the sofa with my legs still feelings slightly wibbly wobbly. I think it is paying off though. I haven't weighed myself since before Christmas, but I notice the legs of my shorts are less clingy, which can only be a good thing.
