Ooh looky new forum

We're all in this together, remember, so while the world is collapsing around our ears it might be nice to have a place to talk about new-found frugalities and old-fashioned eco-living. And mooncups.

I live in a country where it's considered bad luck not to throw out ALL your furniture and buy new stuff every time you move house, no matter how new or functional it still is and where the charity collectors say no if it's not this year's technology or a high end brand... in comparison, I feel green by default :D

Should we start moving threads over if appropriate? And what about the homemade xmas thread - crafting or frugal???

Ok, have moved over a few of the more obvious ones but left the crafty one.

What about the threads concerning:

Washable nappies
Chemical free cleaning products
Meal plans

Shall I move these too?

Any others that anyone can think of?

blw IS lazy parenting, though. that's why I chose it, anyways....

think of all the time we are saving not preparing extra baby food, and that we can spend opn crocheting our own recycled plastic carrier bag knickers
