Hand holding please

Cloth nappies, disposies, potty training... the inevitable result of BLW. What goes in, must come out.

Hand holding please

I think I'm sort of starting potty/toilet training with CM. I'm probably being too cautious as I'm only potty training in the house for now. I know we have to train her eventually but I really can't be bothered, how bad does that sound?

And of course as I've taken my eyes off her she's had her first wee on the floor lol.

I think she is ready. She often tells used she wants to go to the toilet but is also often too late or doesn't really need to go, she just wants to pretend, which I know is all part of learning so we've been letting her. She's had a few weeks and poos on the toilet and poo-ed on the potty last night.

Well we've had two wees on the potty, one poo on the toilet (get in, less icky nappies to change) and one wee on the floor so I think that's a win.

Brilliant start! I think I hated the potty almost worse than nappies - so horrible to clean - so if she can use the toilet straight away then she's a genius in my book. Go CM!

She disgraced herself today by poo-ing on my friends lawn, luckily she has three kids of her own and is very laid back about that sort of thing lol.

On the bright side, at least she chose the lawn and not the sofa?!
