My mum's 'curry'.

Post them up and every so often I'll snaffle them and put them on the blog, if that's okay? It'll save you the trouble of emailing them to me. (It will mean you lose out on our charming personal interaction but I sense you can live with that.)

My mum's 'curry'.

Postby qbm » 14 Jul 2016, 08:15

Been meaning to post this for a while. This is what my mum makes when she says she's making a curry. It's not really a curry (I think anyway) but it's really tasty and every time we make it the girls devour it.

4 chicken fillets
1oz butter
2 chopped onions
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp flour
1 tbsp curry powder
1 tin chopped tomatoes
2 bananas, thickly sliced
1 apple, roughly chopped
4 fl. oz chicken stock
5oz yoghurt

Fry chicken. Set aside.
Fry onions and garlic. Stir in flour and curry powder.
Stir in remaining ingredients except yoghurt.
Bring to boil and add chicken.
Simmer coverec for 45 min.
Stir in yoghurt.

Ta da - curry in inverted commas! :)
