Summer food

Post them up and every so often I'll snaffle them and put them on the blog, if that's okay? It'll save you the trouble of emailing them to me. (It will mean you lose out on our charming personal interaction but I sense you can live with that.)

Mmm iced coffee. I'll just serve that for everyone's dinner. :D

Dh loves pioneer woman recipes. I'll have to take a look at what other salads she has too.

LucyLastic wrote:I definitely do not have a Foodpornblog. But I would like a lovely searchable database of all of my recipe books indexes by ingredient, style, genre, etc. I always end up just googling rather than looking in my books. Turns out 'eat your books' has already cornered that market, but costing more than I am willing to pay ( i.e. anything). I could set it up in Excel or Access. But I just can't be bothered :-D

That's practical, I can get behind that!
I have downloaded a meal-planning app, but I haven't actually started using it yet. I have made several attempts over the years to index my recipes in Excel, and I get about eight hours in and give up at such a gargantuan task.

I use onetsp.com and just enter or copy/paste recipes as I make them. I like posting recipes on my blog, but I limit images, and clever remarks, to just one. I don't need a photo of putting the pasta into the pasta water, thanks just the same food bloggers :eyeroll
